金球獎音樂/喜劇類最佳影片《夢幻女郎》，DVD 發行日期目前確定 5 月 1 號將在美國發行，DVD 將發行單碟以及精裝雙碟兩種版本，台灣發行日期則是尚未確定。《夢幻女郎》精裝雙碟版收錄由碧昂絲主唱的電影主題曲「Listen」音樂錄影帶、服裝舞台設計、精采劇照、遺珠畫面「愛菲，唱我的歌」、電影製作花絮等等。
